Tie the last longer balloon to the bottom of the walker balloon and tie around the 8 red and blue balloons to keep them all together. Inflate the walker balloon with helium. Place the red balloons on top of the blue balloons, use the longer balloon provided (not inflated) and tie the 4 sets of balloons together.
